the location worked perfectly as it allowed quick access to the metro station. the apartment includes a washing machine which proved very practical. i appreciated there were numerous restaurants nearby for easy dining options.

the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was really disappointing. The options seemed so limited. there used to be a wider variety. i felt really let down this time. things were constantly running out, and i had to ask staff to replenish items. the staff seemed rude, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a 3-star hotel. it was quite a long walk to the apartment. There didn't seem to be any shortcuts.

The breakfast buffet was extensive. I chose from many options and the food quality was amazing!!! The outdoor pool area was very nice. I received fresh towels from the pool staff. The location is very convenient with access to shopping.

The wait time at the egg station was a bit long sometimes.

the apartment was large, my premium apartment had a great view. smooth, quick check-in and checkout made everything easy. complimentary water was delivered daily, a small but nice touch. i found convenient parking in the basement with direct mall access (very useful!).

the breakfast was a little too busy after 9:30 am, so i recommend going earlier.

The pool area was very nice and relaxing. I enjoyed spending time there. the hotel's connection to the shopping mall is very convenient. It offers easy access to everything i needed. the metro being nearby was also a plus.

the apartment was very big. comfortable beds and bed linen was good. cleaning was provided daily. complementary water was delivered in the room.

the floors and the kitchen utensils were not washed using detergent. there was no clothes washing powder sachets or clothes hanging stand. there was no dish washing detergent provided.
